Office Navigator displays them in the view that suits you: large icons, small icons, or full file details. And if you have Windows 2000 or XP, you can display the _Open_ and _New_ dialog boxes (and most other Office dialog boxes) transparently, so you can see your documents at the same time. With Office Navigator you get more room for your documents. All your favorite and recent files appear on the menu, so if you really need your workspace, you can hide the Task Pane. And you_ll hardly ever see the _Open_ dialog box on your screen, because the document, workbook, presentation, database or template you need is probably already on the menu.
